HOW LONG DOES THIS PROMOTION RUN FOR AND WHEN DO I NEED TO GET MY CLAIM IN BY?

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO CLAIM?

To be eligible to submit a claim, Claimants must purchase a new and eligible fridge (a full list of eligible products is available on the Terms and Conditions page), from a participating NARTA retailer (either in-store or online) in Australia. Purchases must be made within the Purchase Period while stocks of Eligible Fridges last. Refurbished, second-hand Eligible Products or purchases made from non-approved retailers (either in-store or online) are excluded from this offer.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE AN ELIGIBLE FRIDGE FROM?

Participating Retailers means any of the following Australian retailers:

  • Betta Home Living
  • Bing Lee
  • Bi-Rite Home Appliances
  • Designer Appliances
  • E & S Trading
  • Hart & Co
  • Retravision
  • Spartan Electrical
HOW DO I CLAIM MY GIFT CARD?

Claimants must have fully paid for the Eligible Fridge before they are eligible to submit a claim. Claimants must then visit the Claim Page here and undertake the following steps:

  1. Complete, in full, the official online claim form including uploading a legible scanned copy of their purchase receipt showing the date of purchase, the eligible fridge model purchased and a zero balance and then submit the online claim form during the Claim Period.
  2. You will be contacted by one of our team members who will advise on the status of your submission when available.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I’VE ENTERED MY CLAIM?

Our team will contact you throughout the validation process; this includes notifying you when entries have been submitted and received, valid, pending or invalid. Entries that are made pending, will require resubmission based on the details supplied in the email. You will receive an update within 10 business days of submitting your entry.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED ANY EMAILS FROM THIS PROMOTION, WHAT DO I DO?

First, double check that you have entered your details and all fields correctly. Please ensure you check all your mailboxes including the junk mailbox. If you still can’t locate your email(s), please contact us here.

CAN I ENTER THE PROMOTION MORE THAN ONCE WITH THE SAME RECIPET NUMBER?

Yes, but only if you have purchased more than one eligible Fridge. Please read the full Terms and Conditions for further details on multiple claims on the same receipt. Note, one person can only claim 3 times and only 1 claim per Eligible Fridge model.

HOW LONG IS MY GIFT CARD VALID FOR?

Gift cards expire one (1) year (12 months) from the issue date. The expiry date will be indicated on the face of the Digital Visa Card shown in the True Rewards App or on the sleeve of the Physical Card which is mailed to you. Any unused amount after the expiry date of the gift card will not be refunded or credited.
